1. No Physical Products are Shipped

We do not sell or ship any physical products, goods or medicines through this website. There is nothing to ship, and no shipping or delivery charges apply.

2. What Online Payments are For

Payments made online on thedfmc.com are only for medical consultations and healthcare services, such as:

• Doctor consultations and appointments
• The Bump School pregnancy and postpartum physiotherapy sessions
• Birth Classes (antenatal and childbirth education)

3. How Services are Delivered

• Services are provided in person at our centre in Chennai, on the date and time confirmed with you. Where a class is offered online, the joining details are shared with you directly.
• After a successful online payment, your booking confirmation is shown on screen. Our team will then contact you on your registered mobile number to confirm the date and time of your appointment or session.
• No delivery address is needed, and nothing is couriered or posted to you.
