Refund & Cancellation Policy | Dhiya Fertility & Maternity Center

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to payments made online through our website at thedfmc.com to Dhiya Fertility & Maternity Center ("DFMC", "we", "us") for medical consultations and healthcare services, including The Bump School physiotherapy sessions, Birth Classes and appointments. Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay.

1. Cancellation by You

24 hours or more before your appointment or session: you may cancel and receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Less than 24 hours before your appointment or session: the amount is not refundable, but we will reschedule you once to another available slot at no extra cost.
No-show: if you do not attend without informing us, the amount paid is not refundable.

2. Packages and Classes (The Bump School, Birth Classes)

If you cancel before your first session, you will receive a full refund.
Once a package or course has started, the fee is not refundable. Sessions you miss can be rescheduled within the validity of the package, subject to availability.

3. Cancellation by DFMC

If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment or session (for example, due to a doctor's emergency or the centre being unavailable), you may choose either a full refund or a new slot at no extra cost.

4. Medical Suitability

If, before the service is provided, our doctor advises that a booked service is not suitable for you, we will refund the full amount paid for that service.

5. Services Already Provided

Consultations, sessions and services that have already been provided are not refundable.

6. Failed, Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If money was deducted from your account but your booking was not confirmed, or you were charged twice for the same booking, the extra amount will be refunded in full. Payments that fail at the gateway are usually reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay. If not, please contact us with your payment details.

7. Pay at Hospital

If you chose "Pay at Hospital" while booking, no payment is taken online. Any payment made at the centre, and any refund for it, is handled by our billing desk at the centre.

8. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

9. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days and credited to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet). The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the effective date revised accordingly.
